#1 - Collaborative Study
Try using Google Slides as a collaborative classroom document built by students! This is an example of a student created collaborative vocabulary Slides presentation that is also used as a study tool for vocabulary assessments.
#2 - Slides as eBooks
Google Slides is a diverse tool that can be used in a varieties of ways, including as a means to make a teacher created eBook. These eBooks can be interactive and fun for students while compacting entire units. The eBooks can teach the content, allow students to practice, and even have a culminating Google Forms quiz for assessment.
#3 - Slides Laser Pointer and Live Questions
If you are looking for a tool to keep your students engaged during presentations, Slides has a couple of ideas for you. First, try using the laser pointer built into Slides to focus students' attention on important items. Second, ask students to participate in a live Q & A session right within your Slides presentation.
#4 - Inserting Word Art
To create more interesting text within your presentations, try using word art in Google. It's easy to use, and is a feature in Google Slides and Drawings.
